Job Description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Communications / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support communication strategies and change management initiatives that drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies. You will be responsible for developing communication materials, supporting stakeholder outreach, and assisting in the execution of change management plans. This position involves coordinating across program teams, supporting training and communication efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the program. You will also collaborate with leadership, business teams, and technical teams to support successful implementation and adoption of program initiatives.Requirements:
  • Must have the ability to support development and execution of communication strategies for programs or projects.
  • Must have the ability to create communication products including briefings, reports, presentations, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Must have the ability to support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
  • Must have the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Must have the ability to support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Must have experience supporting federal programs or contracts of similar scope and complexity.
  • Must have strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance.
