iQuasar, LLC is seeking an experienced Communications Network Engineer – Skill Level 3 to support mission-critical network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. One of our clients in Fort Meade, MD needs a Communications Network Engineer for a contract position.

• Position: Communications Network Engineer
• Location: Fort Meade, MD
• Clearance: TS/SCI with FSP (Maryland Clearance)
• Travel: 10%

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manages global network performance and configurations.
• Performs LAN, CAN, and WAN administration and resolves incidents.
• Translates business needs into telecommunications requirements (LAN, CAN, WAN, Voice, Video).
• Coordinates installation, maintenance, and performance issues.

 Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Master’s degree in engineering or Bachelor’s degree with 4 additional years of experience.
