Job Description
ADT is seeking a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is a strategic business partner responsible for shaping and delivering internal communications that drive understanding, alignment, and action across the organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting high-priority initiatives, including AI and technology transformation helping translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for employees. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence leaders while delivering high-quality communications across channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support enterprise priorities, including AI adoption and core business operations.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with employees.
- Support enterprise change initiatives, driving awareness, understanding, and behavior change across the organization.
- Create and deliver a range of communications, including:
- Executive messaging and talking points
- Town halls and leader event content
- Newsletters and internal articles
- Toolkits and change communications materials
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on communication approach, messaging, and timing.
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across channels and audiences.
- Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proven ability to partner with and advise senior leaders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, such as AI, digital, or operational change.
- Background in working within large, matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with internal communication channels and tools (e.g., intranet, newsletters, live events).
Location: Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule
