Communications Manager (including Beauty&You, the Breast Cancer Campaign & Good Works Purpose Week)

You will take ownership of flagship initiatives including Beauty&You India and the Breast Cancer Campaign, working with senior leaders, global teams, agencies and external partners to deliver high-impact programs and events.

We are looking for someone who thrives on the pace and variety of agency life—confident juggling multiple stakeholders, adapting quickly and keeping complex projects moving.

What you will do

• Lead flagship programs and large-scale events from initial planning through to execution, overseeing timelines, content, partners, budgets and delivery.
• Drive Beauty&You end to end, coordinating internal teams, global counterparts and agency partners.
• Develop integrated PR and communications plans for the Breast Cancer Campaign, Good Works Purpose Week and other enterprise initiatives.
• Build earned media opportunities that showcase ELC India’s leadership, innovation and impact.
• Create compelling press materials, leadership speeches, talking points, briefing packs and event run-of-show documents.
• Manage agencies, vendors and partners, ensuring quality, accountability and timely delivery.
• Work across local, regional and global teams, aligning different priorities and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Support industry and government stakeholder engagement through content, event coordination and follow-through.
• Track results and identify opportunities to strengthen future programs and communications.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of relevant PR and communications experience, ideally with a strong background in a leading PR agency. Experience with a major PR agency network is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale events and complex, high-profile programs, with hands-on ownership from planning through execution.
• The ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, competing priorities and several workstreams at once.
• Strong media relations and storytelling skills, with excellent writing and experience developing content for senior leaders.
• Confidence managing agencies, vendors, budgets and project timelines.
• An agile, collaborative approach—you respond quickly to change, solve problems and follow through.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a calm approach under pressure.

Your experience should combine strong PR expertise with substantial event and program delivery. A background focused solely on corporate communications will not provide the breadth this role requires.
