Join the Communications & Events Team of ZEISS Digital Partners in bringing new ideas and communication assets to life. You will support our team in effectively and efficiently planning and creating communication measures that inspire our colleagues across multiple communication channels. This position is limited (fixed-term contract) until February 2028.
Your responsibilities
Lead cross-media communication campaigns and ensure a consistent corporate tone across channels
Develop and implement communication measures to drive ZDP’s portfolio within the ZEISS world
Create and manage content for internal and external communication channels, including social media and employee communication platforms such as Viva Engage or Employee News
Provide strategic communication consulting to ZDP units and stakeholders
Support the planning and communication of events such as town halls, workshops, and conferences
Drive communication initiatives related to mindset shift, change, and digital transformation
Explore and apply AI-supported approaches for communication operations and processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers
Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through KPIs
2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, or event communication
Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Passion for communications, digital technologies, and digital transformation
Experience in developing multimedia communication campaigns and managing projects
Strong understanding of digital and data-related topics
Solid knowledge of communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Intranet, or Viva Engage
Interest in modern communication approaches, including AI-supported communication tools and processes
Strong communication and moderation skills, with the ability to connect corporate and technical audiences
Good MS Office skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or newsletter/intranet tools is a plus
Proven usage of AI Tools within communication processes or operations is a plus
Fluent in German and English
