Introduction

To strengthen Henkell Freixenet’s international communications, we are looking for a motivated and creative Communications Manager (f/m/d) who is eager to shape our communications across markets.

The position can be based in either Wiesbaden, Germany, or the Greater Barcelona area, Spain.

Your Tasks

Translate strategic corporate narratives into impactful PR activities and communication initiatives across international markets.

Lead and coordinate international Corporate and Brand PR engagement with trade, business, and consumer media.

Act as a trusted communications advisor to selected subsidiaries, supporting communication planning, storytelling opportunities, and key messaging.

Develop and execute compelling corporate content across digital touchpoints, including LinkedIn, corporate websites, and other communication channels.

Manage and continuously optimize the corporate editorial calendar, ensuring an integrated approach to external communications.

Drive communication projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and international communications teams.

Monitor communication trends, emerging technologies, and AI-supported tools to identify new opportunities for engagement and visibility.

Ensure consistency and alignment of all activities with the overall communications strategy.

Your Profile

University degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or a comparable communications role.

Experience working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to create engaging content across different formats and channels.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

Creative mindset combined with a strong digital affinity.

Interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled communication tools.

Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.

German language skills are a plus but not required.
