  • Develop creative, on-brand strategies to reach and engage Samsung employees through a variety of channels, consistent with Samsung's brand identity and voice.
  • Draft, design, and publish digital communications — including posters, banners, and signage — across Samsung's intranet, office poster network, and digital signage systems throughout U.S. locations.
  • Support communications for employee engagement and corporate citizenship efforts aligned with Samsung's priorities, including sustainability, corporate giving, volunteerism, and culture programs.
  • Research, write, and distribute a variety of internal communications such as all-employee emails, newsletters, executive messages, and program collateral that reflect Samsung's culture and values.
  • Manage and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar to ensure timely, coordinated delivery of messaging across the organization.
  • Leverage weekly People Team reporting to build and maintain accurate, targeted distribution lists for segmented employee communications.
  • Champion consistency, quality, and creativity across all internal communications, upholding Samsung's high standards for brand compliance and messaging excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Samsung U.S. Newsroom team to post stories, draft social content, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns that bridge internal and external storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably in Internal Communications or HR Communications, ideally within a large, matrixed corporate or technology-driven organization
  • Demonstrated ability to represent a globally recognized brand with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities — able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential HR and employee information with discretion
  • Commitment to flawless execution and a sharp eye for quality control, consistency, and accuracy in all written and visual communications
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches to communications challenges
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required
  • Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva preferred; familiarity with Samsung's brand guidelines a plus
