What’s the role?

You will be responsible for planning and delivering project-level change communications to internal stakeholders across UNITE - turning complex change impacts into clear, timely and audience- appropriate messages that build awareness, understanding and adoption, while aligning with customer communications (Marketing) and program-level executive, board and regulator communications (Program Comms / Corporate Affairs).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communications Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the project-level change communications strategy and plan for UNITE, aligned to the change approach and delivery roadmap.​
  • Message Development: Craft clear, consistent and audience-appropriate key messages, FAQs and talking points for impacted internal stakeholders.​
  • Content & Channel Management: Create and deliver communications across the right internal channels, including briefings, newsletters, intranet, leader kits and events.​
  • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with change practitioners, business leaders and delivery teams to understand impacts and tailor communications to each audience.​
  • Alignment & Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing on customer communications and with Program Comms and Corporate Affairs on executive, board and regulator messaging to protect one consistent narrative.​
  • Leader Enablement: Equip people leaders with the messages, kits and guidance they need to communicate change to their teams.​
  • Measurement & Insight: Track reach, engagement and sentiment, using insight to refine messaging and improve adoption.​
  • Governance & Quality: Manage approvals, brand and tone-of-voice compliance, and maintain a single source of truth for change communications.​
What do I need?

To be successful in this role you will have experience delivering internal change communications in complex or large-scale programs. You will bring solid communications experience across message development, content and channel management and able to create strong partnerships with change practitioners and business leaders to tailor communications to each audience.
