ATI is seeking a Communications Manager to tell its story of aerospace and defense leadership. Top priority: strong internal communications experience. As our business grows, there will be opportunities to expand into social media, media relations, community engagement and executive communications.
This corporate-wide position is embedded within ATI’s Specialty Materials business unit in Monroe, NC, the largest private employer in Union County. The Communications Manager will be a member of the business unit leadership team, partnering to guide strategic internal and external communications, as well as supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. We are a manufacturing organization, operating 24/7 - this is an onsite position Monday through Friday.
A successful Communications Manager will have experience reaching audiences through strategic communications that deliver results through sharp writing, engaging meetings and events, creative video, and focused leadership coaching. Help us to empower and equip our team members by building and maintaining effective communications channels including face-to-face, media, digital and social, and print.
