Job Description

XTEND is looking for a Communications Lead (Internal & External), based in Israel and reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

This role is responsible for leading XTEND’s communication activities across internal alignment, external visibility, employer branding, PR, media engagement, and strategic messaging.

As XTEND continues its global expansion and transition into a U.S.-based public company structure, communication discipline, consistency, and coordination become critical across all company touchpoints.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on communication professional who can operate in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and help shape how XTEND is presented internally and externally.

You will work closely with Marketing, HR, Management, Legal, Product, and external agencies to ensure XTEND’s communication reflects the company’s mission, positioning, and growth trajectory.

Key pillars & objectives:

Internal Communication & Alignment — Support company-wide communication, employer branding, onboarding communication, and employee engagement initiatives.

External Communication & PR — Lead PR activities, media communication, public announcements, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.

Narrative & Messaging Discipline — Ensure communication consistency across company channels, events, media, and executive messaging.

Cross-Functional & Agency Management — Coordinate communication efforts across internal stakeholders and external suppliers, agencies, and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate internal communication initiatives across the company.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Marketing.
  • Manage PR processes, media outreach, press releases, and public announcements.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, industry events, and executive visibility opportunities.
  • Support thought leadership and external positioning initiatives.
  • Work closely with management and legal teams on communication approvals and messaging alignment.
  • Coordinate external agencies and suppliers, including PR firms, production companies, content agencies, and event vendors.
  • Support strategic marketing events and brand activations.
  • Ensure consistency across internal and external communication touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, HR, BD, and Management teams.
  • Support communication planning and execution for company-wide strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
  • Experience managing both internal and external communication activities.
  • Experience working with PR agencies, media relations, and external suppliers.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English — required.
  • Experience supporting executive communication and strategic messaging.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and execution capabilities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Experience leading communications for a public company or a company preparing for public-market exposure.
  • Experience working in technology, defense, robotics, AI, or high-tech industries.
  • Experience working with legal/compliance-sensitive communication processes.
