As a Communications Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of People Operations, focusing on managing the employee lifecycle and operational tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You will be a key HR point of contact, helping to resolve inquiries and support HR processes to efficiently aid our workforce. As an Intern, you will engage in learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects that contribute to the team's success. You will apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and actively listen to enhance your development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will have the chance to work on varied assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Supporting teams in managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Participating in the resolution and escalation of employee inquiries in line with HR protocols
- Observing and learning about HR processes and systems to efficiently support workforce operations
- Assisting in the documentation and administration of employee records while maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinating staff activities to enhance employee engagement and well-being
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills within a fast-paced environment
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in HR metrics
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to streamline HR service delivery
- Handling confidential information with care and adhering to labor laws and regulations
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to support HR shared services and policies

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
