We’re looking for a motivated, pro-active intern to support the execution of member communications campaigns. It’s the perfect role for someone passionate about project management and organizational tasks, and with a penchant for smooth processes and tools like excel. The position is located in the corporate headquarters in Berlin, and is a full-time, six-month internship.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Implement communications information from global communications manager to update the annual internal and external communications calendar with relevant dates and deadlines and coordinate their delivery
  • Learn how to use our email marketing platform, and stage of B2B and internal newsletters
  • Support with the day-to-day project management, using a project management tool and liaising with different departments, supporting invitation briefs, newsletter briefs, and more
  • Support the management of contact lists, using internal programs and excel
  • Support with research tasks
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing documents for senior leadership on key internal and external events
  • General administrative support of the department
  • Support the creation of written content for newsletters and other platform, depending on writing skills

Experience & Mindset

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
  • Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
  • Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proactive team member who shows initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
