Communications Intern Bayer Foundation (m/f/d)

Bayer Foundation, as our corporate foundation, generates impact by supporting breakthroughs in social innovation and science for a world with Health for all, Hunger for none. The foundation enables aspiring social entrepreneurs, scientists, students, and impact organizations who work for health and food security. We’re offering an intern position within Bayer Foundation’s communications team:

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Create and publish content for social media, the Foundation website, and the monthly newsletter
• Support content planning in collaboration with program managers
• Design visuals and branded materials
• Contribute to the website relaunch project through content audits and updates
• Analyze communication performance metrics
• Collaborate with partners such as start-ups, foundations, and non-profits
• Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, e.g., Bayer Foundation Days

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a currently enrolled B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Communications, Marketing or Social Science or another relevant field
• Very good MS Office skills
• First experience in content creation and content management
• Experience with Canva and video editing software
• Fast comprehension, openness and interest in cross-functional, demanding challenges
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
