Novaspace is looking for a proactive intern eager to grow across a wide range of communications and events responsibilities, from corporate brand visibility and digital storytelling to executive summit promotion, stakeholder engagement, and onsite event coordination.

This is a unique opportunity to develop practical experience within a leading space consulting and market intelligence firm, supporting both our corporate communications and the global industry events that bring together key decision-makers shaping the future of space.

Your mission

As Communications & Events Intern, you will support Novaspace’s visibility, brand positioning, and flagship events across three key areas:

• Corporate Communications: supporting Novaspace’s digital presence, brand visibility, and external communications
  
• Executive Summits Communications: supporting the promotion, audience engagement, and communication campaigns for our flagship summits
  
  
• Executive Summits Event Production & Logistics: assisting with event coordination, operational planning, and onsite delivery to help ensure a seamless experience for speakers, sponsors, and attendees

From content creation and campaign support to stakeholder coordination and event execution, you will gain hands-on experience across the full communications and events ecosystem that supports Novaspace’s corporate brand and Executive Summits business line.

• Support corporate communications across social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Assist in promoting Executive Summits through content creation, scheduling, and campaign support
• Design visuals and communication assets aligned with Novaspace’s brand
• Create engaging content including speaker highlights, event promotions, interviews, and recap materials
• Support communication materials for speakers, sponsors, media, and partners
• Monitor campaign and social media performance metrics
• Assist with newsletters, media kits, and stakeholder communications
• Support event coordination, production logistics, and onsite execution
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels

Who you are

Key Skills
• Studies in Martketin, Event, Communication (Bac +2/3)
• Strong interest in communications, branding, social media, and event management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, fast learner, flexible, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Proactive and eager to grow across both communication and operational responsibilities
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international, fast-paced environment
• Fluent English is required; French is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools
• Understanding of LinkedIn, X, BlueSky, and YouTube best practices
• Basic knowledge of newsletter or email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo)
• Interest in event production, B2B communications, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
