Client & stakeholder engagement
· Build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients

· Confidence presenting recommendations, concepts and finished work to stakeholders
· Proven track record of effective stakeholder management
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
· Curiosity about the challenge behind the brief, and the ambition to develop strategic communications and client consultancy capability
The purpose of this role is to create high-quality, engaging communications that help employers make complex subjects such as employee benefits, pensions, reward, wellbeing and insurance easier for their people to understand and act upon. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines excellent communication skills with strong design judgement and the confidence to take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery.
We want someone who is curious about the challenge behind the brief: someone who asks who we are trying to reach, what we need them to understand or do differently, and how we will know whether the communication has worked.
You will work closely with People Solutions consultants, producers, subject-matter experts and clients, initially bringing strong communications and design expertise to projects while progressively developing your strategic communications and client consultancy capability. The opportunity is suited to someone who wants to move closer to clients and consultancy without moving away from the craft of communications and design.
For the right person, this role creates a genuine career path: coming in as a strong practitioner who can independently own and deliver excellent work, then progressively developing into a strategic, client-facing communications consultant.
