What you’ll do?

  • Working closely with the Central & Eastern Europe Communications & Corporate Affairs Director and the local Country Leadership Team, drive and execute the divisional EMEA APAC Communications & Corporate Affairs strategy, localizing activities aligned to the business priorities of the local Country across internal and external channels;
  • As the most senior in-country Communications and Corporate Affairs leader, own and lead all external communications for the Country, including corporate and employer brand PR, trade and consumer PR, websites, social media, and brand sponsorship activations. Oversee media monitoring and reporting;
  • drive local corporate and community affairs initiatives aligned with sustainability and social responsibility pillars.
  • maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support industry campaigns;
  • act as lead for local crisis and issues communications in partnership with the crisis management team;
  • manage and guide internal communications to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, strengthen employer branding, and support change management.

You need us, if you:

  • have a degree or equivalent corporate communications experience;
  • have corporate communications experience in agency and/or inhouse FMCG, ideally within the alcohol drinks and reverage industry;
  • have proven ability to provide counsel and be a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders, including at a senior, director level;
  • demonstrate strong ownership of the communications agenda, proactively shaping, driving and delivering clear, consistent and impactful messaging aligned to business priorities;
  • are a strong team player, understanding local and regional priorities and working together closely with CLT (Country Leadership Teams, Country Directors) to bring these to life in a clear and compelling way;
  • are outwardly orientated with an ability to connect with key external stakeholders as well as internal;
  • have experience in international matrix organizations;
  • have an excellent command of Hungarian and business English;
  • have driver’s license.
