We are looking for a communications professional with solid experience in communications coordination, campaign execution and project delivery. In this role, you will support the implementation of demand generation programmes across ASEAN markets, working closely with regional and local stakeholders to help deliver communications activities that support business growth. You will coordinate the execution of campaigns, content, digital activities, events and market rollouts, ensuring plans are delivered on time, to a high standard and in line with agreed priorities. You will also support local communications teams in delivering flagship regional projects by helping to manage timelines, materials, localisation, approvals, agency coordination and reporting. This is an individual contributor role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, reporting to the Communications Director, ASEAN, based in Malaysia.
As our Communications Coordinator, you will:
• Coordinate the delivery and implementation of demand generation communications programmes across ASEAN markets, in line with agreed priorities, calendars and campaign plans.
• Support the execution of integrated communications activities across digital, content and event channels, working closely with regional and local communications teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with Tetra Pak messaging, brand standards and approval requirements.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content production schedules, approvals, localisation, translations and deployment activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery across markets.
• Prepare, edit and adapt communications materials for different channels and audiences, including email communications, newsletters, presentations, event materials, digital assets and internal project updates, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with Tetra Pak editorial standards.
• Work with internal stakeholders, technical experts, market teams and external agencies to develop, review and adapt communications materials for local market use, ensuring messaging is accurate, audience-appropriate and consistent with Tetra Pak brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support local communications teams in delivering flagship projects across the region, including trade shows, customer events, launches, reputation initiatives, strategic campaigns and other priority activities.
• Track implementation progress, follow up on actions, maintain project documentation and prepare status updates, reports and performance summaries for key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for regional communications activities, including scheduling, meeting preparation, supplier coordination and budget tracking where needed.
Communication activities may include (but are not limited to) the following areas:
Demand generation and digital communications delivery
• Coordinate and execute demand generation communications activities in partnership with regional and global communications teams, including customer newsletters, email communications, webinar promotions, website and landing page updates, campaign materials and supporting content assets.
• Manage delivery follow-up for digital campaign assets, content requests and publishing needs, coordinating with market teams, designers, web teams and agencies as required.
• Assist with communications-related marketing automation activities, including email journeys, nurture content, webinar follow-up communications and audience list coordination, while helping to track delivery and performance results.
Editorial adaptation, localisation and brand alignment
• Support the drafting, editing, formatting and adaptation of communications materials to ensure they are ready for use across different ASEAN markets, with appropriate editorial adjustments and localisation.
• Support translation, editorial review and localisation adaptation work to ensure communications materials are relevant, accurate and fit for use across different ASEAN markets.
Event management and flagship project support
• Support the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, exhibitions, launches and other communications-led activities across the region.
• Coordinate project timelines, workback schedules, materials, supplier inputs, approvals and stakeholder communications to help deliver flagship regional projects effectively.
• Assist with event and project logistics, including registration support, speaker materials, presentation coordination, briefing notes, venue-related communications and post-event follow-up actions.
• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies or a related field.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing communications or digital communications, ideally in a B2B or multinational environment.
• Experience supporting the execution of communications campaigns, projects and events, with a good understanding of how communications contributes to business and commercial objectives.
• Good understanding of digital and demand generation communications, including content development, email marketing, webinars, campaign coordination, localisation and event support.
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders in parallel while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors or cross-functional teams to deliver communications materials and activities.
• Strong writing, editing and content adaptation skills, with the ability to tailor materials for different channels, audiences and market needs while maintaining alignment with Tetra Pak editorial standards, messaging and tone of voice.
• Experience supporting translation validation, messaging adaptation and brand alignment across communications materials for use in different markets is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, virtual and cross-functional environment, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured and proactive working style, with the ability to follow through on agreed actions and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
