Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service is seeking a creative, organised and culturally aware Communications Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of our digital communications, graphic design and social media activities.
This role is responsible for developing engaging promotional materials, supporting organisational initiatives, coordinating Derbarl's social media presence and overseeing visual communications across print, digital and web platforms. The Coordinator will also provide guidance and direction to the Communications Officers and contribute to the development of communications initiatives that support Derbarl's programs and services.
This role will be a Maximum Term Full-Time contract which expires 12 months from the start date.
You will have experience in graphic design, digital communications, social media management and hold strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, content creation and stakeholder engagement. You are hands on throughout the creative process and utilise your own ideas or technical skill. You are passionate about creating culturally safe and engaging content that connects with Aboriginal communities.
