We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our communications team in executing internal and external messaging strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, creativity, and a passion for storytelling and brand communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization’s brand and initiatives
• Create, edit, and distribute content for various channels including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases
• Coordinate and support internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations impact
• Maintain and update the organization’s social media profiles and website content
• Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and community outreach program

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably as a coordinator or specialist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
