St Vincent’s Health Australia is proud to be leading the future of connected and digitally enabled healthcare through two transformative national priorities:
St Vincent's Care at Home — St Vincent’s strategic vision for connected, virtual and at-home healthcare delivery
Medicare Mental Health Check In — Australia’s new free national digital mental health support service
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at the forefront of healthcare innovation and national system transformation.
As the Communications & Change Manager – Digital Health, you will play a critical role in shaping how these initiatives are understood, communicated and embedded across St Vincent’s and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1857, St Vincent’s Health Australia is Australia’s largest not-for-profit health and aged care provider.
For more than 165 years, St Vincent’s has delivered compassionate care, clinical excellence, research and innovation across public and private hospitals, aged care, virtual care and community services nationally.
Our vision is simple but powerful:
Every person, whoever and wherever they are, is served with excellent and compassionate care by a better and fairer health and aged care system.
Across Australia, our 30,000 employees help bring this vision to life every day through innovation, collaboration and purpose-led care.
St Vincent’s Care at Home provides national oversight of virtual and at-home services across St Vincent’s Health Australia.
Focused on human-first innovation and digitally enabled care, the division is reimagining how healthcare is delivered through connected care models, virtual services and integrated healthcare experiences that improve accessibility and outcomes for Australians.
Medicare Mental Health Check In is a landmark national digital mental health initiative delivered by St Vincent’s in partnership with the Australian Government.
The service provides free, accessible and evidence-based low-intensity CBT support for Australians experiencing early signs of stress, distress, anxiety and emerging mental health challenges.
Designed as part of the broader Medicare Mental Health ecosystem, the program aims to improve early access to care and support Australians before mental health challenges escalate into more complex presentations.
