As part of the Desautels Faculty of Management’s communications team, the Communications Associate will play a key role in promoting academic programs to prospective students—particularly through engaging video and social media content. This role supports the development and delivery of communications services aligned with the University’s mission and strategic goals, including digital and social media posts, website content, news dissemination, briefing materials, graphic design, multimedia production, and photography. The Associate will also help build community engagement within Desautels through digital tools and an omnichannel approach.
Primary Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree an asset. Experience in communications, digital content, or higher‑education marketing is highly valued. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging content across formats, including social media, web, video scripts, and briefing materials. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of community members. Creative, well organized, and self‑motivated, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms required; experience using analytics to inform content strategy an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office expected. Knowledge of French and English.
