Position Summary

We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support customer-facing communication and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, sharing information, and helping create positive interactions with customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and community communications
• Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions
• Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Help prepare informational and promotional materials
• Assist with event and outreach activities
• Gather customer questions, comments, and feedback
• Communicate updates and relevant information to team members
• Maintain organized communication records
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. in a professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and different audiences
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous communications, customer service, retail, or event experience is a plus
