We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our internal and external communications efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about effective communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications
Support the development of newsletters, reports, and presentations
Coordinate communication projects and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of communications and content
Assist in organizing events and internal communications initiatives
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment across messaging
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Proactive and collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Competitive salary: $51,000 – $54,000 per year
