The Opportunity

Join Bureau Veritas as a Communications & Events Coordinator and play a key role in bringing our brand, people and projects to life across the Pacific region. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will coordinate engaging internal and external communications, support digital marketing initiatives, and deliver high-quality events that strengthen relationships with clients, employees and industry stakeholders.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role offering exposure to communications, marketing, social media, event management and business administration. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver internal and external communications across digital and traditional channels.
• Draft engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, case studies and marketing collateral.
• Manage and maintain business intranet content, ensuring information remains current and relevant.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Support the implementation of sponsorship and brand partnership activities.
• Provide end-to-end event management support for internal and external events.
• Support the annual client survey program and related stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Provide administrative support including travel bookings, calendar coordination and expense management.

About You

• Experience in communications, marketing, event management or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and accurate content.
• Experience managing content across digital platforms, websites and social media channels.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Experience supporting corporate events, functions or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
• A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach to supporting business objectives.
