
Position: Communications and Equity Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day
Start Date: Immediately
Pay: Starting at $60,000- DOQ

The Communications and Equity Specialist provides comprehensive support across various school district sites and departments. This position drives both internal and external communication needs through effective print and digital media. The specialist develops and implements district-wide communication strategies, executes targeted programs for diverse audiences, and crafts meaningful messages that connect with the entire school community. Additionally, the employee shares responsibility for creating affirming, inclusive environments while leading the district's inclusion goals through mindful, compassionate communication.

ISD 622 is a community collaborative dedicated to educating and empowering all learners to excel in our changing world. As a Communications Specialist in our learning environment, the individual will primarily work indoors in a climate controlled office environment, but will be required to attend events throughout the District. At times the events may be outdoors.
