Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain program documentation, communications repositories, report templates, data dictionaries, trackers, and knowledge management resources.
  • Support development and standardization of templates, presentation formats, reporting calendars, and communication workflows.
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements accurately and clearly.
  • Ensure reports and communications are version controlled, organized, and accessible to authorized stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with SOC analysts, threat hunters, engineers, assessors, forensics personnel, training staff, and program management to gather inputs and validate information.
  • Coordinate data calls, reporting inputs, review cycles, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback across multiple functional areas.

  • Help ensure program communications and reports reflect current priorities, operational status, risks, and accomplishments.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Support

  • Recommend improvements to reporting processes, metrics definitions, data collection methods, dashboards, and communication products.
  • Support lessons-learned activities by capturing feedback, analyzing recurring issues, and documenting improvement actions.
  • Review reports and communications for clarity, accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and alignment with stakeholder needs.
