Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and personable Communications Agent to support day-to-day communication between the organization, clients, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients, customers, and team members.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with general questions or concerns.
• Maintain organized communication records and update relevant information when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support daily administrative and communication-related activities.
• Identify communication needs and help ensure information is delivered accurately.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination when required.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
