Job Description

As a Communications Agent, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day communication between the organization, clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

You will help ensure inquiries are handled professionally, information is communicated accurately, and every interaction reflects the standards and values of Skillbridge Academy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Assist with coordinating messages, requests, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
• Identify client or team needs and direct requests to the appropriate department.
• Support internal communication initiatives and administrative processes.
• Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Assist in resolving communication-related concerns efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
