He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Communications Advisor to help tell the stories behind some of Auckland's most exciting arts, cultural and public space initiatives.
Working across Auckland Live, performing arts, public realm and city centre activity, you'll provide strategic communications advice, build positive media relationships and deliver communications that engage audiences, stakeholders and the media.
No two days are the same. One day you could be launching a major theatre production, the next supporting a city centre activation, preparing executive messaging or managing reactive media enquiries.

You're a confident writer with excellent news judgement, strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for storytelling. You enjoy working collaboratively, can confidently manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. Salary: $91,020 - $107,090 pro rata, depending on experience
