Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your professional journey.

As a Communication Team Support Working Student, you will:

• Assist in creating and delivering consistent online communication across internal channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Design graphics and visual materials that align with Nokia’s brand guidelines.
• Provide operational support for events and initiatives, including logistics and coordination.
• Conduct desk research to support various projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact employee engagement and company culture.
• Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns and activities.

What You’ll Learn:

• Best practices in business communication and internal engagement strategies.
• Graphic design techniques and tools in a corporate environment.
• Project management skills for organizing events and initiatives.
• How to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  

• Active student status (preferably in Business Communication, Marketing, Management or related fields)
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, or similar software.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup from our Bydgoszcz office.
