At Nobia, we are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team in Tilst. This is a broad corporate communication role covering both internal and external communication, with close exposure to senior leadership and stakeholders across the Nordic organisation.

You will play an important role in shaping how Nobia communicates – from internal stories and leadership communication to press relations and corporate communication. In this role, you get to work both strategically and hands-on, always with the aim of turning complex topics into communication that is clear, relevant and engaging.

Your role

The role offers a broad scope, a high degree of ownership, and the opportunity to work across different communication disciplines rather than being limited to one channel or area.

As a trusted communication specialist, you are expected to identify opportunities and turn ideas into communication that makes an impact. You will work closely with leaders and colleagues, helping them identify the right messages, develop strong communication and ensure that it reaches the right audience through the right channels.

Your work will include:

• External communication and press relations – Act as a contact for Danish media, build and maintain relationships with journalists, coordinate media responses and develop press releases.
• Leadership communication – advice and support senior leaders with communication, including LinkedIn and CEO communication. You will also coordinate and facilitate Town Halls.
• Internal communication – develop news, articles, campaigns and other content that keeps employees informed, engaged and connected across functions, countries and brands.
• Change communication – support communication around organisational changes and business transformation, ensuring that complex information is translated into clear and relevant communication for the people affected.
• Corporate communication – contribute to projects such as the annual report by identifying stories and angles, gathering content and coordinating input from stakeholders across the organisation.
• Cross-functional communication – work closely with People & Culture, Marketing and Talent Acquisition, including supporting employer branding communication.

About you

You are an experienced communicator who enjoys being close to business and working with people at all levels of an organisation. You are curious and confident in your communication and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution.

We expect that you:

• Have relevant experience within corporate communication, preferably from a larger or international organisation. Experience from a listed company or a similar corporate environment is a strong advantage.
• Have experience with press relations and media handling.
• Are comfortable working closely with senior leaders and can advise and challenge when relevant.
• Are proactive and self-driven. You naturally identify stories, opportunities and communication needs rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• Can manage several different priorities at the same time and still deliver with quality and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working across countries, functions and brands and are good at building relationships with different types of people.
• Are an excellent writer in both both Danish and English, with a strong sense of language, tone, and audience.
• A degree in communication, journalism or a related field is relevant for the role.
