Job Description

A. Documentation and Encoding

  • Encode technical inputs, narrative text, tables, and quantitative data for all chapters of the FS Report.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded information based on provided materials from each discipline (engineering, environmental, social, economic, etc.).

  • Transcribe handwritten notes, survey outputs, and scanned materials into structured digital formats.

B. Formatting and Report Preparation

  • Format the FS document following the approved templates, layout standards, and document structure.

  • Insert required figures, photos, tables, charts, and appendices as provided by the technical team.

  • Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, numbering, headers/footers, and cross-referencing across the entire report.

  • Prepare draft and final versions of the FS Report for internal review and submission.

C. Data Management

  • Organize digital files, folders, and document versions to maintain proper document control.

  • Maintain updated records of received and encoded inputs from all discipline leads.

  • Support the compilation of annexes, attachments, and supporting documents.

D. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with engineers, planners, and specialists to clarify unclear or incomplete inputs.

  • Assist in consolidating comments from reviewers and incorporating revisions in the document.

  • Provide administrative support during meetings, workshops, and report finalization sessions.
