The Communication Specialist is responsible for managing, creating, strategically planning and executing all external and internal communications across multiple channels and initiatives. External audiences include sponsors, investigators, patients, media partners, and industry stakeholders. He/she works closely with internal leaders, subject-matter experts (SMEs), agencies, and executive stakeholders to shape messaging, drive thought leadership, and ensure communications align with corporate objectives. As the communication specialist, you will be expected to keep up with the internal corporate strategy, with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, editorial judgment, scientific literacy, and the ability to manage a large volume of parallel initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
