Organization Overview: shareQ ( www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 40 NGOs. shareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled ( www.proabled.com) and ProAbled Social Kitchen.

1. Lebanon Employment Assistance Program (LEAP): In which we support, recruit, train and employ young women and youth facing physical, social and financial challenges so they can have decent jobs and provide better lives for them and their families.
2. ProAbled Online Platform: which was launched in 2018, helps he HR managers and departments to search for the right candidates for their job in the technical field in particular, connect them with people trained by several NGOs and vocational centers facing physical, financial or social challenges and recruit them. www.proabled.com
3. M Social catering: with a certified central kitchen, accommodates all sorts of corporate events up to 1200 people and offers food solution services from A to Z. All our catering profits goes for supporting the LEAP program. On another note, 45000 healthy meals were cooked and distributed to 2,000 children and youth with social and financial challenges across Lebanon through M Social Catering’s Healthy Food for Children program. www.msocialcatering.com
