Your new role
As Communications Manager, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and enhancing Novo Nordisk's reputation across diverse global audiences. You'll develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that strengthen our relationships with shareholders, investors, government bodies, and communities while addressing critical social, economic, and environmental challenges.

The Romanian External Affairs team draws on cross-industry experience across pharma, FMCG, and retail and has the mission to make our voice heard with clarity, credibility, and impact. From media and reputation to policy, stakeholder engagement, and disease awareness campaigns, we work closely with internal and external partners to support our strategic priorities across corporate and therapeutic areas.
