Your Key Responsibilities

• Writing and editing (articles, newsletters, announcements, mailings, webpage content, etc.)
• Translating and adapting global communication topics (polish and english)
• Creating content for social media, e.g. LinkedIn
• Supporting cooperation with a marketing agency (graphic design and video editing)
• Supporting event planning, coordination, and execution (for both external and internal events)
• Monitoring and researching trending topics and tools
• Providing administrative support to the communications team

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
• Fluency in both Polish and English with a minimum of C1 level proficiency
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Experience in supporting planning and executing complex events is a plus
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Creative and conceptual thinker
• Passion for writing
• Strong attention to detail
