The “Brand & Employer Communication” unit is part of the Corporate Communications area-. It supports Brand and HR departments to with internal communication and to position their content across traditional media, specialist media and most social networks. In addition, the team establishes KPIs to derive targeted steering measures, builds social listening capabilities and generates concrete, crosschannel insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
In this role, you measure and steer communication performance across Erste Group. You analyse KPIs, consolidate insights for stakeholders, and develop recommendations to enhance message impact, visibility and AI-driven discoverability.
