NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.

as
Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager or Manager
Reporting directly to the Rome School Director, the Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager/Manager will oversee communication, career services, and industry relations activities in Rome. The role will be responsible for managing the career services and communications budgets, while leading the team in delivering on the institution’s strategic goals.
The selected candidate will take care of the following activities:
Communications
- Oversee communications activities in Rome, in alignment with NABA brand strategy and brand positioning.
- Oversee events organization in Rome, and social media activities for the Rome campus.
- Together with the School Director and the Head of Enrollment and Student Services, plan advertising campaigns and promo activities to support the sales team and implement communication activities to strengthen the brand positioning in the territory.
Career Services
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the career services office.
- Supervise the organization of career fairs and alumni reunions in Rome.
- Foster and maintain employer relationships to generate job and internship opportunities for students and alumni.
- Collaborate with the School Director and NABA Course Leaders to expand NABA company network and to provide students and Alumni with internships and jobs opportunities.
- Collaborate to submit Rome employability reports to the School Director
Industry Relations
- Identify prospective partners for industry projects and keeps the School Director and the Milan Industry Relations team informed.
- In collaboration with NABA Milan team, coordinate the project management with the involved parties (industry, faculty and students);
- Supervise the organization of transversal projects, such as events, workshops, design Marathon, etc. in collaboration with involved companies, academic areas, facilities and IT department, ensuring compliance of the guidelines and brand identity.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting
- Manage career services and communications budgets.
- Under the School Director’ supervision, allocate financial resources for the various activities.
- Supervise the employees in their budget management.
People Leadership and Management
- Ensure the management of resources under his responsibility, their professional growth and their skills development
- Plan and organize their work and activities and assigns new projects
- Approve holiday plans and leaves and plays an active part in the selection of resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies, of the ethical code and procedures
- Actively support change management and innovation initiatives
- Ensure that all documentation is correctly updated and archived on an ongoing basis.
Job requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 8 – 15 years of professional experience in higher education or the creative industries, with proven experience in managing creative teams
- Ability to operate in complex work environments.
- Project management attitude.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English

Full time: 38 h
Contract: Permanent
Compensation: €36.000 – €48.000 (it depends on seniority)
Expected start date: between December the 4th and January the 11th
