As a Communication Business Manager, you will lead the communication agenda for the Commercial organisation, helping shape how business strategies, priorities and transformations are understood, translated into action, and brought to life across the organisation.
As a member of the Commercial Management Team, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, commercial priorities and strengthening the IKEA brand through strategic and impactful communication. You will act as a trusted communication advisor to senior leaders, bringing an outside-in perspective, challenging thinking when needed, and ensuring communication contributes to meaningful business outcomes.
You will lead and develop a team of seven Communication Business Partners, creating the conditions for collaboration, growth and high-quality delivery. Through clear leadership, coaching and a focus on continuous improvement, you will enable the team to deliver communication that creates business impact.

This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, at our Hubhult office. Please note that we do not offer a relocation package for this role. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who already live within a reasonable commuting distance of Malmö.
Employees in this role are expected to work from the Hubhult office for the majority of the workweek.
