
Join ASML’s Legal Operations and Strategy Execution team, part of the dynamic and growing Legal & Compliance (L&C) department. The team empowers L&C to operate efficiently and strategically, driving performance and alignment across the organization. As an intern, you’ll contribute to enhancing communication and collaboration within the department. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations and strategic communications.
You will focus on the following key responsibilities:
Develop communication plans to support effective internal messaging
Create engaging materials such as newsletters and Teams messages
Contribute to the optimization and rollout of the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Framework
Support learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Assist with operational tasks to support the team’s daily activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication workflows
This is a bachelor or master's internship (non-thesis) for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is 1st of September.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field
Are collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment
Can prioritize tasks independently and manage your time effectively
Are proactive, organized, creative and resilient under pressure
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
