What You'll Do

Start your day with a schedule sent the night before, and then:

• Visit multiple GC Realty properties across the Chicagoland area

• Clean building entrances, hallways, stairwells, and shared spaces

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all floors and surfaces

• Wash windows, wipe down ledges, clean light fixtures, and remove cobwebs

• Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

• Check lightbulbs, pick up coins from laundry machines, and report minor issues like leaks or broken fixtures

• Document your work via app and communicate with dispatch throughout the day

• Finish the day knowing you made a visible impact

What You Bring

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (multi-unit or commercial preferred)

• Solid knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and safe usage

• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license-you'll travel daily

• Comfort working independently while staying efficient and thorough

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift

• A sharp eye for detail and the mindset: "If I see it, I handle it"

• A positive attitude and strong time management skills

• Hourly Pay Starting at $16 per hour (based on your interview process and experience, this can be higher) + up to 7% increment based on performance and meeting your goals!
