
About the role:
The Commodity Logistics Jr Analyst supports bean logistics operations by processing invoices, maintaining logistics and consumption data, managing contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on payments and disputes, and supporting inventory, warehouse allocation, and product reconciliation activities to ensure efficient logistics operations. This is a 1-year contract position.
Key responsibilities include:
Service providers invoice processing – reviewing, verifying, posting invoices as well as maintaining rate sheets updated.
Maintaining close communication with involved stakeholders (AP/ Sourcing/ suppliers) regarding payment dates and/or status of payments.
Managing disputes with shipping lines as needed.
Archiving contracts physically and digitally.
Supporting the bean logistics department with several tasks such as updating QA parameters on the system and allocation of beans within warehouses.
Identify potential savings on services related to bean logistics.
Maintain consumption data base for cocoa products
Maintain CMAA bean statistics
Product contract reconciliations
Butter ETA, GR posting
About you:
Bachelor’s degree (logistics related)
Experience of 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge of SAP and database management
Microsoft office, proficient in excel
Proficient in English
