Commissioning Support Officer – 2 posts | 10336 | fixed term contract until 31 March 2028/secondment opportunity | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum | Grade G | Countywide

We are looking for an organised and proactive Commissioning Support Officer to play a key role in supporting our Adult Social Care (ASC) Housing Team.

The team works to ensure that people with care needs have access to a range of specialist housing and support that promotes independence, wellbeing and safety. This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with data, improving systems and helping deliver better outcomes for people across Norfolk.

As part of this role, you will provide vital support to commissioning programmes and projects, helping the team develop strategic plans, manage information and maintain smooth administrative and data processes.

You will work closely with Commissioning Managers and the wider ASC colleagues, contributing to monitoring, reporting and engagement activities that shape high-quality services.

We are seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the capability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. You will need to have good IT skills and confidence working with data sets, including analysis and report preparation. Experience working on projects and/or in a project environment will be beneficial.
