Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.Senior Completions/Commissioning SpecialistResponsible for management, and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to systems and subsytems.Principal Responsibilities:As CSU Commissioning and Startup Senior Commissioning Specialist – Multidisciplinary, you will help guild the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities within all disciplines under the guidance of the Commissioning Manager.Update Prepared technical documentation, reports, and other deliverables related to the assigned project activities.Arrange for multiple disciplines to participate in turnover and readiness walk downs from MC to client turnover.Coordinate and lead pre-commissioning activities and testing of plant systems and equipment to ensure the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of the facility within operations activities.Provide technical guidance and direction to operations, engineers, technicians, client personnel, and other team members performing specialized tasks.Ensure control and safety of personnel, equipment and environment during all commissioning activities.Participate in field activities during startup with strong trouble shooting skills.Lead Operations through pre-commissioning, Commissioning and startup Control of LOTO and taining of operations Group through Project turnover

Requirements:Degree in Power or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.More than 10 years of CSU experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on large EPC projects in lead roles.Availability to work on site under a roster-based schedule.Strong knowledge of HSE, Quality Control, and Planning processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills.English: Upper-Intermediate level or above.If you need any accessibility adjustments, please make sure to mention it in your application.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
