We are currently seeking a Commissioning & Start-Up Lead Engineer, to join our Commissioning team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:
As a Commissioning & Start-Up Lead Engineer, you will lead the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities, both at Home Office and on site.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead the execution of commissioning and start-up scope in compliance with HSSE requirements
Develop and validate commissioning procedures, method statements and systemization deliverables
Define and monitor commissioning planning (schedule, progress, reporting)
Coordinate commissioning teams and manage interfaces with construction, engineering and operations
Ensure commissioning requirements are integrated across all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction)
Supervise subcontracting activities related to commissioning scope
Monitor site execution, anticipate risks and drive issue resolution
Lead testing, start-up operations and performance verification
Prepare and consolidate reporting and close-out documentation
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Significant experience (5–10 years) in commissioning and start-up within industrial projects
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and site execution
Experience in team coordination or technical leadership
Knowledge of Oil & Gas, energy or industrial environments
Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
