We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Commissioning Site Administrator to join our expanding team in Helsinki, Finland.

The Commissioning Administrator will play a key role in supporting the commissioning team by ensuring the efficient management, control, and distribution of project documentation. The successful candidate will help maintain document accuracy, compliance, and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all project documentation complies with Winthrop's Integrated Management System (IMS) standards and procedures.
• Manage and maintain commissioning documentation, ensuring records remain accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Coordinate the distribution and receipt of documentation to relevant stakeholders across the project team.
• Monitor document workflows and ensure timely submission, review, and approval processes.
• Maintain comprehensive document registers and records.
• Ensure all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, technical submittals, RFIs, reports, and commissioning records, is correctly stored and controlled.
• Support the commissioning team with administrative and reporting requirements as needed.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure documentation requirements are met throughout the commissioning process.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with our standard Integrated Management System documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in a document control, project administration, or site-based administration role, ideally within construction, engineering, or data centre environments.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook – Bonus if you have experience in Nexxus.
• Experience using document management and knowledge-sharing platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
