The Role

This individual will support and lead commissioning activities for complex mission-critical facilities and infrastructure projects. The person will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and internal leadership to ensure systems are designed, tested, and operating at peak performance while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee daily commissioning activities for mission-critical and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Conduct pre-functional and functional testing activities to validate system performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams to support successful project execution and delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards for commissioning processes and documentation.
• Contribute to project leadership efforts while proactively managing priorities and supporting client needs.
• Partner with business development and marketing teams to support client growth and repeat business opportunities.
• Support construction and commissioning activities in fast-paced, technically demanding project environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure experience required.
• Strong knowledge of pre-functional and functional commissioning processes along with mechanical and electrical systems required.
• Proven ability to lead projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and work effectively within collaborative project teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills with the ability to support business development and client growth initiatives preferred.
• Heavy travel up to 80%.
