
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or equivalent.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in EPC power plant projects, with at least 5 years as Commissioning Lead/Manager.
Strong experience in commissioning of power plants (coal, gas, geothermal, or related facilities).
In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems from pre-commissioning to COD.
Proven ability to develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules, and coordinate across multi-discipline teams.
Knowledgeable in HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems for commissioning.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
