Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead and manage commissioning activities for the Southeast Project. The candidate will be responsible for overall commissioning planning, execution, multidisciplinary coordination, system completion, start-up support and handover.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage overall pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site.
• Develop and monitor commissioning plans, schedules, procedures and execution strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning activities including Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and other relevant disciplines.
• Ensure systems are ready for commissioning following mechanical completion and construction handover.
• Coordinate with EPC, construction, engineering, vendors, subcontractors and client/operations teams.
• Monitor commissioning progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedule.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, check sheets, test packs and related documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning and start-up issues.
• Manage punch-list clearance and system/subsystem handover.
• Coordinate energization, start-up and performance testing activities as applicable.
• Ensure commissioning activities are performed safely and in compliance with approved procedures and project requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates and highlight technical, schedule and resource constraints.
• Manage commissioning resources, priorities and site activities.
• Support final system handover and project close-out.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC experience.
• Strong experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
• Minimum 5+ years in a commissioning management/leadership role preferred.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of system completion, commissioning procedures, punch management and handover.
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements for commissioning and start-up.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, vendors, subcontractors and client/operations teams.
• Major Oil & Gas commissioning project experience preferred.
• Immediate availability / short notice preferred.
