As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team.

About the role
The Commissioning Manager role will form part of the O&M team and will report to the O&M Manager, and will be accountable for leading and managing the multi-discipline commissioning team for the successful testing and commissioning of the renewable projects.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for the projects.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day commissioning activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Plan, resource, and coordinate commissioning efforts effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Ms and the site teams for smooth handover and testing.
  • Drive progress through daily war room meetings and risk management strategies.
  • Align with project control teams to meet key milestones on time.
  • Foster a One-Team approach, working with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders for successful project completion.

Your skills and experience:

  • A Tertiary Engineering Qualification or recognised industry equivalent is required.
  • Extensive experience in testing & commissioning in the Renewable or Utilities sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical staff.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
